Every PrecisionLabs riflescope, red dot sight, and spotting scope is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your PrecisionLabs optic is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.
The PrecisionLabs warranty is fully transferable and not limited to the original owner. No matter if you are the first, second, or fifth owner, your PrecisionLabs optic is covered for life. No warranty card or registration is required.
There is no time limit on our warranty coverage. Whether you have owned your PrecisionLabs optic for 5 years or 50 years, we will take care of you in the event of a defect. Other brands may only offer 5 or 10 year warranties, but we believe in the lasting quality of our products.
The PrecisionLabs warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, cosmetic damage that does not hinder functionality, or damage caused by misuse or improper mounting/maintenance. Exclusions include:

To obtain warranty service for your PrecisionLabs optic, please contact customer service at 1-512-961-8405 or email customerservice@precisionlabsoptics.com. You will receive instructions on how to return your product for evaluation and repair/replacement. PrecisionLabs will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.
